Laurence embarked on a new adventure by opening her very own antique shop in Houston, Texas. For over three decades, this charming establishment was a haven for antique enthusiasts. In 2012, Laurence made a strategic shift, opting to showcase her carefully curated collection at the Spring and Autumn shows in The Continental Tent, conveniently accessible via Highways 290 and 237. Another exciting venue awaits you every January at The Compound, also situated on Highway 237.
While Laurence calls Texas home, she spends most of her time at her idyllic farm, just 25 minutes from Round Top. Twice a year, she embarks on a journey to France, handpicking the finest antiques and other exquisite items to bring back to her discerning clientele. Dealing in French antiques gives her a distinct advantage, ensuring that each piece at Made in France carries with it a touch of authentic elegance and timeless beauty.
